Strategic Combat:

While you may be an aging courier cat (man), your agility is still intact. You can consider mustering up the courage to hold a submachine gun and shoot at the enemy head-on, using various tactical actions/special abilities to avoid damage, or you can sneak up on the enemy and kill him with one blow. Multiple quest lines will lead you through the Liberty Port of "NineLives." Engage with characters from different factions as you gradually uncover legends about your own past and the pre-war world.
