Manual Overcycle is a game that beautifully captures the essence of freestyle bicycle riding in a relaxing and nostalgic way. While it may not be the absolute pinnacle of gaming perfection, it holds a special place in the hearts of those who long for the simpler times of carefree biking adventures. This is a review for v0.0.1 of Manual Overcycle. Putting your creation out for everyone to see and play takes a lot of bravery! I would have appreciated less broken UI, audio settings and a more cooperative camera in some levels. But all things considered for a very first version, the bike did roll around, animate and even jump! I don't quite understand the aim of the game yet, perhaps it's the photo mode? Which wasn't half bad, though maybe having 360° control of the camera on all axis would make for even more varied shots? Don't give up, keep adding, keep improving and then one day you might have the best biking sim in the biz, eh?

The game is good, it still needs many updates. From what i saw the price is more than okay, obviously developer needs support so he can add more things into the game!

+Cool graphics +Cool physics +Decent music +Good controls +Decent maps -You need to work on your UI responsiveness in the menus, the game gets stuck for me too often, going from photo mode to game and vice versa. -Getting up should be faster and automatic, I don't really like watching the ragdoll on the floor suffering for a long time. Crash, go down, get up - should be few seconds. - I could not avoid tutorial, exit tutorial button does nothing for me This is a cycling demo, not really a game. You can cycle around, have some fun, enjoy the drive, but there is not much more to it. I guess the price tells it all, it's worth the money if you like cycling. In the future I suggest you bring in a timed obstacle course and cycle modding so that we can shape the bike as we like it.

Manual Overcycle has very fluid and simple control scheme that I really enjoy because it allows me to mess around with the movement and come up with my own tricks. Because this is in Early Access its obviously missing some key features but these will come later in the games lifespan. The map design is very nice as well, bar getting stuck in a couple of spots. Overall for the game's current price point I'd recommend it if you are looking for a chill game to perform some bike tricks in.
