About Conduit
Conduit is a student-made 3D combat-heavy adventure built over a four-month semester.
The ruins that riddle this desolate tundra speak of a lost history -- but will you live to uncover it? Or will you let some crumbling old buildings and their secrets defeat you? Fighting through the world of Conduit takes many things, determination chief among them. With different types of enemies at every turn, and history to be pieced together in every nook, you'll have to adapt to the world around you. But remember: adaptation doesn't have to mean essential sacrifice. Fight your own way, but fight well. This game was made as a Senior Capstone project for RPI's Games and Simulation Arts and Sciences program.

Got this while browsing through the recent free releases. I might have skipped over this game but I could hear the trailer music was made with beepbox so I had to download and give it a shot. Seems like a fun game if you've got a bit of time to kill, but I didn't get very good performance (I curse integrated graphics, having a gpu would very likely provide a smooth gaming experience for me). Overall it has some jank, could do with a bit of polish, but it is free so I don't mind too much.2 found this helpful

To anyone considering playing: Don't. There is nothing here at all. Absolute garbage.
I really like the music and the UI. It also ran surprisingly well on SteamDeck. The combat is difficult, but defeating enemies is satisfying! The game also looks much better while playing it than it did in the trailer. It exceeded expectations for a free game!
The enemy AI programmer for this game is a pretty decent guy. I hope that his pet rabbit Duke will have a long and fruitful life.
