どきどきシャッターチャンス～恋のパズルを組み立てて♡～ (2025)

This is a Puzzle Vs game that was first available only in Japan on PS1 as 'Doki Doki Shutter Chance'. You have to complete puzzles as fast as possible against your opponent, and have various power ups and traps available to help you. Presentation is extremely charming and of its time, using a mix of charming 2d sprites, high res anime art, and backgrounds using real photography. The voice cast features well known seiyūs (in Japan) that have done many other big productions in anime and gaming. Despite being untranslated, it is fully playable if you do not understand Japanese, though there are some visual novel scenes and several menu's to figure out, it is nothing complicated. The game runs great on Steam Deck, make sure to limit your refresh rate/fps to 60 or the game will run too fast - making the CPU opponents impossible to beat. I really appreciate Nippon Ichi Software and Systemsoft making this extremely niche release available again on Steam, and making sure it supports Steam achievements.
