About Henshinko!
\ Henshinko! is a short transformation themed, pachinko/pinball-style arcade experience.
---
Your name is Tayler.
You are twenty-two years old living with your old high school sweetheart turned fiancé Emmy. She is out of town on a family vacation somewhere on the other side of the planet with only the spottiest of cell phone signal but will return in seven days, just in time for her twenty-first birthday.
Unfortunately, unknown to your beloved, you are flat out broke after losing a few desperate bets. Worse, you still have to make rent and pay some bills first and you are an unemployed college dropout who makes ends meet through occasional gig jobs, the last one of which you got stiffed. Here you are finishing off the last of your drink at your favorite bar with no idea what to do.
Just as you're about to leave, you spot a strange video arcade machine in the back of the building promising the opportunity to make real money in a game of luck and skill. You're a pretty decent gamer--maybe this will be your lucky break! Even better, the machine tells you it costs nothing to play a game once per day--aside from sacrificing a little bit of your... REALITY?
---
Features:
- Custom artwork from transformation artist Mizuho
- 7 levels of chaotic pinball-style arcade action
- 6 different game endings and multiple story variations
NOTE: This game is based on male to female gender-bending. All artwork is clothed but not safe for work (SFW). The writing contains some vulgarity and non-explicitly mentions sexual acts.

Henshinko is esentially a pachinko game where you can control the ball somewhat... only the real game is a visual novel dealing with gender swap and determinism. There are many branching paths so there is a lot to discover here, but it all falls and stands on if you can get used to the awkward controls. Definitely worth a playthrough or two, as nothing else on Steam is anything like it.9 found this helpful
Incredibly awkward controls, weird and stiffly written TF kink which takes up a striking majority of the playtime if you want to read it and understand what's happening, and art which is okay but adds little to the experience. It's not worth your time.3 found this helpful
this game has a good plot and i ONLY played it for that3 found this helpful
A cute little game about gently nudging balls.2 found this helpful
Before I played Henshinko!, I had a small pp, no friends, no gf, depression, and no life. These things havent changed, but the game is pretty good
2 found this helpful
"Henshinko!" is an incredibly weird and cringey LGBTQIA+ friendly game that's part Japanese pachinko simulator, but mostly incredibly cringey e-book writing where the author addresses his fantasies of turning into a woman. Right. The writing is incredibly bad and doesn't make any sense when welded to a really poor quality pachinko game. There's an overwhelming amount of mediocre Visual Novel/E-book style cutscenes in this game. The developers failed one of the most basic, fundamental requirements of game design.. "Show, don't tell." So you'll spend a huge amount of time not playing the game, but clicking through endless lines of poorly written VN text cutscenes because the developers couldn't work out how to relate their narrative through the game mechanics, and decided instead it would be better to compete with reading a book for your time. We're here to play games, not read through hours of garbage intersituals. Your gaming rig is not a Kindle. The graphics here are particularly awful, mostly text and some really crappy MS paint tier drawings of what the developer thinks he would look like if he was a woman, so bad that it actually stands out as one of the worst looking g…
