[h3]Still confusingly lacking[/h3] A rewrite of 'The Kite', little kite is pretty much the same subject material, alcoholism, deprivation and abuse, control, misogyny, and all without any hint of a plotline. Sure, it as a lot of simple puzzles, but every time I completed a puzzle, I was left thinking, what was the point of that? And so this game goes into the bin of games I paid for but were ultimately not worth playing for me at least. [h3]Upsides[/h3] The artwork is brilliant, as is the soundtrack. very underwhelming I wish it had some voice acting so the text had more emotion behind it, some parts made my brain melt because I could start doing stuff for the next part of the objective while still being stuck on the first part, so the gameplay wasnt a straight line it was just going back and forth in story elements1 found this helpful
a great game, very emotional, a little traumatic, interesting puzzles, Nothing too complicated, I finished it twice..
Great atmosphere, graphics, story line... the only thing that irks me is when it "saves" ... well, it doesn't actually save. I've had to restart the game three times and I just can't stand playing the first scene again with Mary. At first, I thought I just quit the game when it didn't automatically save, but when I progressed in the game and it had definitely saved. Well, it didn't? So I recommend this game if you can play it in one sitting.
A melancholy game. The in-game puzzles are very easy but some of the steps required to progress can be a little unintuitive in the penultimate chapter.
