About Rina's Undercover Train Operation
Due to increasing criminal activity on trains, the police begin a special plan called the Undercover Train Operation. A new unit of Train Investigators with psychic powers is formed for the operation. One of their lead investigators by the name of Rina gets captured by the offenders -- lead by Kaito -- and she loses her powers. However, it won't stop her from doing her duty. Will she be able to catch Kaito and his accomplices and return her powers, or will she lose and quit the job?Play this rouge-lite game as Special Train Investigator Rina and catch the criminal offenders in trains using psychic powers. You need to precisely manage the timing of your and your enemies' skills. Predict the future and avoid attacks using the Foresight skill, stun enemies using the Electric Shock skill, and freeze them using the Blizzard skill. Find the offenders using the Awareness skill and arrest them! Earn experience, level up, and choose the upgrade you want to acquire. On every train station you will see a random event which may help you during your mission, or interfere with it. There will be a unique boss fight at the end of the mission. Build different tactics, buy yourself upgrades, catch the offenders, and enjoy the game!

It's.... fine. Wish Steam had a Meh option. It has some intresting ideas but doesn't really follow through. Kind of falls flat over all. I was hoping I could unlock or find more, but in the end it is an alright time waster, but if you want an H game this is not it.
Wait for a discount. I was hoping for an H game... this is a good basis for a good H game, but it isn't a good H game in it's self. Chikanol and JK molester are better H games, despite being worse games with less mechanics overall. It's just one girl, no real dialogue or story. It takes for ever to see anything. Controller support is bad... my hand is in chronic pain from awkward controller use for 3 hours.
to little for too much
Pretty good all things considered, and at a nice enough price. Tough to ask for more from the genre, but I do wish there was a little more build diversity as far as the roguelite elements are concerned. By the end of any given train line you probably have the exact same build, it's just the order you get there that changes. Wish there was a few more stages too, but it is what it is. Art and concept-wise though... it's a little peak. The surrounding mechanics of carrying over certain... "progress" hooks into the game in a fun way, and there's also negative difficulty modifiers if your goal isn't necessarily to win unimpeded (or at all). [spoiler]There's also obviously an off-site official patch you need for this game to make it actually functional, but if you're down here you probably already knew that. [/spoiler]
It’s an entertaining, short rogue-lite. I highly recommend playing the patched version. The setting was neat, and I liked being able to pursue my own playstyle and specific abilities. At first, I struggled to beat the first level. Once you get the hang of it and understand the game mechanics, the levels aren't too difficult, except for the bosse´s unique gimics and attack patterns. I recommend checking the Steam discussions if you're struggling too much or find the descriptions too cryptic. Personal recommendations: - Play on Easy first to get used to the gameplay. - After finishing the game, you unlock an endless mode, there you can farm experience points to spend in permanent passive upgrades. With some time and practice, you can breeze through the game even on Hard mode. Completing the game fully or achieving 100% completion seemed daunting at first, but it was really fun once I got the hang of it. The game and its challenges are about having fun.
