Edited as of 6/11/20 Dev got in contact with me very quickly and advised that he released a patch to address the issues, seems to be working fine for me now. So changing the review to a positive, I can certainly recommend now that the bug was patched Original Review 6/8/20 The concept looked interesting, but in its current state I cannot recommend this game due to the game breaking bug where when you attempt to escape from the dungeon using the teleportation skill, the screen is completely black and you can't really do anything. Anyone interested in this game, wait till they fix the bugs and things. Hoping this will be improved and not abandoned.1 found this helpful
Update 5/23/2020 Alright I figured I should give this game another look since the developers patched a bunch of things and I haven't encountered the black screen bug since I started a new save. The game makes me think of an RPG Maker 'Recettear'. So, ya I'll be using some references from that game. While in Recettear there was a strong focus on buying low and selling high this game seems to focus a lot more on the dungeon crawling and crafting aspect of the game. When you come into contact with an enemy you move to a JRPG style side view turn based battle. The floors of the dungeons are RNG based and are different with every excursion. The shop mechanics are kind of rough right now and require you to actually leave the c…1 found this helpful
when I escaped the dungeon the screen stayed black. Also there are some instances where there is no dialogue. needs lots of work.1 found this helpful
Its a great Early Access game with the possibility, to grow into an awesome game.1 found this helpful
Extremely glitchy and bugged game from corrupted saves to black or frozen screens when exiting a dungeon. Tried it again a few months later and it's still buggy as ever and unplayable. Avoid at all costs.
Controls are really bad, the control config is mostly unreadable, there is no tutorial for a lot of things, it's just a very very unfinished game not worth the money right now, Recettear is way better, or even Moonlighter.
