Escape from Poalet

"Escape from Poalet" is an advertisement for a product that doesn't exist and was never made. This was supposed to be an advertisement for a 3D rendered point and click adventure but the developer never bothered making it. That doesn't stop them polluting Steam with an advertisement for a game that will never be made, of course. Because this is an advertisement, and for a game that doesn't exist, how am I supposed to recommend people download this? Right. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Nope. This isn't worth downloading. While this didn't cost me any money up front, I still feel ripped off.

It was a nice escape start, funny too. A bit too much going back and forth to my liking :D

Игра "Escape from Poalet" – это неожиданно увлекательный и затягивающий инди-платформер с оригинальной концепцией. Визуальный стиль нарочито пиксельный и местами абсурдный, что создает неповторимую атмосферу. Геймплей основан на ловкости и быстроте реакции, ведь персонаж должен выбраться из странного и опасного мира, наполненного ловушками и врагами. Управление простое, но требующее точности, а уровни спроектированы таким образом, чтобы заставить игрока постоянно изобретать новые стратегии. Сложность нарастает постепенно, но никогда не становится нечестной, что мотивирует продолжать, даже после многочисленных поражений. Отдельно хочется отметить юмор, пронизывающий всю игру, который разряжает напряженную атмосферу и вызывает улыбку. Возможно, кому-то игра покажется слишком простой или короткой, но как антистресс и способ скоротать время – это отличный вариант. Рекомендую всем любителям хардкорных платформеров и инди-игр с необычным взглядом на мир.
