This emotional adventure combines atmospheric exploration with mind-bending puzzles and a haunting soundtrack that brings a dark tale of love and sacrifice to life.
A story of love and hope
"Perhaps you’d be willing to go to the end of the world for your beloved, but would you go beyond it?"

In Eternal Hope you'll follow the story of Ti'bi, a lonely boy who has lost the love of his life. You’ll embark with him on a highly unusual journey – one that might bring the soul of his cherished girlfriend back from the Shadow World, a purgatory-like realm. But visiting this new world will not be easy. There will be dangers to overcome and many mysteries to unearth before you can continue your passage.
Granted the ability to shift between dimensions by the Keeper of Souls, this power will enable Ti’bi to travel, solve puzzles and meet otherworldly beings that live among the shadows. Travel with Ti’bi into the great beyond on this journey as you unravel ancient secrets not meant for the eyes of the living.

The art direction is really good in this game and I enjoyed the mechanic of swapping between the real and spirit realms. While the gameplay could use a little tweaking, it was never game breaking for me and it's forgivable since it is an indie game. I love seeing whatever passionate works small devs manage to bring into this world!1 found this helpful
I just beat 'Eternal Hope' and for the most part I did like the game. It reminds me of something like 'Hoa' as what both of these titles do that is similar is it gives you really good visuals while everything else it does isn't exactly extraordinary. The story here is kind of whatever, it's here and while it's not necessarily bad it's not great either. It's a predictable tale about a guy named Ti'bi who loses his girlfriend and a demon can bring her back only if he fulfils a request for him. It's just something that's already been told without building on top of anything. The visuals are the best thing about 'Eternal Hope,' it's vibrant and pops out at you while still keeping the dark tones of these shadow demons present. It just has a really nice contrast in tone. I do think though that making items in the foreground black both interactable and non-interactable however can make certain parts confusing as you will not see certain objects being blocked off. The gameplay, well. What can I say? It mostly works. Like I said above trying to solve some puzzles that should be easygoing can turn into a "What the h**l am I doing?" into a "Oh you're kidding me, right?" moment because som…

I loved this game!
Eternal Hope, developed by Doublehit Games and published by Kwalee, is a 2D puzzle-platformer that leans into emotion and atmosphere as its defining pillars. It tells a quiet, melancholic story centered on loss and devotion, following a young boy named Ti’bi as he ventures into a mysterious spirit world in an attempt to reclaim the soul of his lost love. From the outset, the game establishes a somber tone, and much of its appeal comes from how consistently it maintains that mood through its art direction, pacing, and environmental storytelling. The gameplay revolves around a blend of platforming and puzzle-solving, with a strong emphasis on interacting with two overlapping realities. Ti’bi gains the ability to shift his perception between the living world and a shadowy spirit dimension, revealing hidden paths, mechanisms, and creatures that are otherwise invisible. This dual-layered design creates opportunities for clever puzzle scenarios, where players must think beyond what is immediately visible and consider how both realms interact. At its best, this mechanic produces satisfying moments of discovery, as solutions emerge from understanding how the two worlds coexist. However, n…
