Hilarious how observing things can knock into your characters pushing them back. Unfortunately, I can't play this game due to the lack of FOV options. That 'too close' camera view makes me nauseous.

I don't know if I need a new mouse or what, but the stiring parts are so annoying that it really destroys what little the game had going for it, which was not much. I would very strongly suggest not buying it. Story is not great, Constant little glitches that just add to the annoyance of the game and the stirring parts (you think there is just one and are very thankful it is done, but nope there is another) I am sure at some point and time I will finish but right now the game just annoys me so bad I need a break

Let Me Out, developed by 4Happy Studio and published by 4Happy Studio alongside PID Games and Dear Villagers, is a narrative-driven horror adventure that blends exploration, puzzle-solving, and supernatural storytelling within a setting deeply inspired by Indonesian folklore. Rather than relying solely on traditional horror mechanics such as combat or constant jump scares, the game focuses on atmosphere, mystery, and cultural mythology to create a haunting experience. Players take control of Alvin, a young boy with unusual spiritual sensitivity who awakens to discover that his once peaceful village has been overtaken by strange supernatural forces. As he searches for his missing mother and attempts to understand what has happened to the villagers, Alvin becomes entangled in a larger mystery involving curses, ancient spirits, and forgotten rituals. The story unfolds in Mata Koetjhing, a fictional Javanese village set during the 1960s. The choice of this time period gives the game a distinctive historical atmosphere, combining rural architecture, traditional culture, and spiritual beliefs with the unsettling sense that something deeply wrong has taken hold of the area. When Alvin be…

I can't recommend it for some unfortunately really frustrating parts. It's a small game of exploration/puzzle about 4 hours long, with an original storyline. The graphics and ambient music are fine, the gameplay a bit irksome as you have to be just in the right place to interact with objects (e.g. for the "boss fight" at the end you have to hurry in between monsters to interact with a thing, but you have to move in and back a couple times before you can, losing precious time and patience). The sounds are strangely wrong, like if you pick up a ceramic plate you should hear the ting of a ceramic object, instead you hear a thonk from ... I don't know, a rock hitting a tree? The problem with the exploration part is that the map is quite messy, I got lost in really small levels. And sometimes the path or objective is hinted at with lights, sometimes not. One level end is through a gate, but the gate looks exactly the same as the wood fence all around the level, and it's in the dark and in the mist. It's not enjoyable to have to look at a walkthrough just to find the exit. Finally, the puzzle part. They're supposed to be simple, and they are, for the most part. But again, with a few frus…
