Peak game design
A great escape from boss fights, precision platforming and the accompanying frustrations in this relaxing game of logical puzzles, colorful scenes and artifact searches to help your character blast off into space, one step at a time up a very long elevator. I'm really liking all the Cotton Game productions I've taken a stab at so far and have not been disappointed yet.
The entire game has no dialogues, and the story is told using pictures, but it's more than enough to put you in tears. Every time the elevator goes up, you will enter into a new world and solve a variety of puzzles. Each puzzle that you solve will reward you with a blue sphere so the elevator can travel upward. This game is more than just elevator travel or puzzle-solving. It has a touching and beautiful story behind. The elevator also brings the main character back to his childhood memories before the unfortunate event. Despite the main character having to revisit all those bittersweet memories, it's also a meaningful journey that fulfils his dream of escaping to a happy life.
