The Hall of Legends is an exciting VR brand experience based on momentous stories: Witness iconic moments from the history of Porsche Motorsport, discover the secrets behind the success of Porsche, and collect the Porsche DNA to unlock the new Porsche Formula E car.
From the past into the future
The main components of the Hall of Legends are five vehicles that symbolize Porsche's decades of success and demonstrate Porsche's innovative character. The vehicles Egger Lohner C.2 Phaeton (1894), 550 Spyder (1954), 917 (1970), Tag Turbo (engine; 1981) and 919 Hybrid (2018) can be virtually explored. Each vehicle offers you information and anecdotes, together with an influential individual from the respective era.
On top you can "relive" iconic moments from Porsche Motorsport history e.g. like waving the checkered flag, while standing on the Le Mans racetrack as the Porsche 917 crosses the finish line to perform the first overall victory at Le Mans in 1970.
Or you can become the co-driver in the 550 Spyder at the Mille Miglia 1954, where Hans Herrmann and Herbert Linge ducked away under a railway barrier at the last moment and thus escaped the approaching train.
Find out how these and other stories are related to Porsche's numerous victories. As a reward, you will get an insight into the future of Porsche Motorsport: the new Porsche Formula E vehicle.

"Porsche Hall of Legends VR" is not a game. Games contain meaningful gamelike interaction and game loops, which are absent in this "art experience". Instead of being a game, "Porsche Hall of Legends VR" is a software application that presents a poorly made art/museum exhibition. In this case the virtual museum is a whopping great big advertisement for Porsche. Buy a car. Or don't. Don't let crappy VR advertising influence your buying decisions. Anyway this car advert just shows you a few historical facts about Porsche and tries to encourage your brand recognition and maybe get you to buy a car. For those unfamiliar with what actually makes something a game, a "game loop" describes the interaction and feedback a gamer has when playing a game. Tetris, for example, has a game loop where a random block appears, the gamer interacts with the block to position it, and then the game decides if that finishes a row or not, increases the players score if any rows were completed, then gives the gamer another block to position. Counter-Strike has a game loop where a player seeks another player, tests their skill against that player by shooting them or being shot, the computer rewards …3 found this helpful

Графика хоть и не самая передовая, но достаточно хороша, чтобы создать атмосферу присутствия в настоящем музее. Управление интуитивно понятное, что позволяет сосредоточиться на изучении экспонатов, а не на освоении механик. Экскурсия хорошо структурирована и охватывает ключевые моменты истории Porsche, от первых разработок до современных технологий. Barely a demo and has huge issues. I thought there would be at least one moment where you get in a car and do more than just watch. [b] [u] Also, you can't close the game it literally just crashes your entire PC instead. [/b] [/u]

not a racing game for vr bbut good history lesson of porsha takes about 15-20 min to compleat
