My dad was simply begging to play a VR racing game that used the VIVE controls, as opposed to a keyboard + mouse or gamepad. This one fit the bill solidly! It's not a complete game (as is to be expected from VR games) but by the time my dad finished playing and got 1st place by .1 seconds, he was giggling himself silly. That alone was worth the (low) price of admission. Get it!4 found this helpful
VR Formula is a racing game developed and published by SAT-BOX that brings high-speed Formula-style competition into a virtual reality environment built around accessibility and fast-paced excitement. Instead of pursuing full motorsport realism with complicated vehicle systems and simulation-heavy mechanics, the game focuses on delivering the feeling of speed and immersion through straightforward arcade racing design. The result is an experience that emphasizes instant enjoyment and virtual cockpit intensity rather than technical authenticity. The core appeal becomes clear almost immediately. Players take control of lightweight Formula-inspired race cars capable of extreme speeds while navigating tracks designed to reward precision and consistency. The game’s identity revolves around movement and momentum. Every straight section feels like an opportunity to push limits while corners demand timing and control to maintain competitive lap performance. The racing remains approachable enough for beginners while still rewarding players willing to refine driving technique. Virtual reality serves as the central feature rather than a secondary addition. I bought it on sale and for those few bucks I am having quite some fun with this simple formula racing game in VR on my Quest 2.
Well, I can't give a full opinion since racing with a controller sucks, same for the keyboard. The steering wheel sensibility doesn't match that of the controller and there's no way to edit it. I suggest you only buy it if you have a physical steering wheel controller to play.

Awesome use of the controllers to drive the cars. AI players are so fast that there is no fun. You need countless races before approaching their skills. This game definitely needs to improve. So far, it is useless for entry level players.
