It's my 185th roguelike, but this one seems to be one of the most broken roguelikes I've played. After 80th level you gonna get a level upgrade each second which is quite annoying and after 120th level the game crashes. UI seems to be broken as well even in the trailer (It appears above "Game over"). I hope the dev gonna fix the game and I wish the best to the dev since it's his/her first game. Gonna change the review after it's all fixed. === It's worth to mention it's a a rare case when a Chinese dev doesn't add a Chinese language and we have English instead11 found this helpful

Well I played it for about a half hour. On my 3rd play through I got up to level 120. The screen was covered in projectiles by that time, nothing could get close to me and ever other step I seemed to level up. After a bit the game just crashed from all the projectiles on screen. Honestly, or a first game it was better than expected. The sprites were rather nice and the controls worked fine.5 found this helpful

"Project 0.1" is an unabashed, lazy ripoff of Vampire Survivors (Copyright Poncle, 2021). Many lazy "amateur" developers don't pay attention to their obligations under copyright law, and often steal the ideas of actual, real game developers without credit, such as the "developer" here has done. Putting aside the unethical intellectual, creative and moral bankruptcy of stealing someone else's game concept, this is also breaking that unwritten law of stealing other people's game ideas... you should at least try to do better than the game you're ripping off. "Project 0.1" is considerably worse than Vampire Survivors. The game is really simple and unambitious in terms of implementation, more of a tech demo or one of those cases where an amateur developer spends $100 to publish something on Steam Direct to see if it's possible. Yes, obviously it's possible. A proof of concept, tech demo, or something that's less than a little blip on the radar isn't offering anything truly valuable to gamers. This features really godawful pixelcrap "art" instead of real graphics. It's hard to say if this was because the developer didn't have the skill to do the job of creating 3D visuals, or cou…
