About Nomad Survival
Control your character through waves of time-based enemies while automatically unleashing abilities you unlock and level up each run, crafting powerful synergistic builds. Pick from multiple characters with unique weapon skills and heritages that drastically change how you play, facing four distinct maps with their own bosses, events, and challenges to keep every run fresh.

You can have as many abilities as you want, with each non-passive ability granting bonus effects at levels 5 and 10 (10 being the max level an ability can be).
Each Character boasts a different style of play through Weapon Skills, which is the special innate ability each Character starts with that is exclusive to them and can be specialized further with branching paths called Weapon Skill Evolutions. Characters can then be given a Heritage, which further changes how the game is played. The Nomad Heritage, for example, offers the player an additional reroll on level up, whereas the Poxbringer Heritage converts all of your damage into damage-over-time instead.

While there are only four Maps to be played, each Map is wildly different in more than just the difficulty and density of enemies. Each Map also boasts unique events that complicate the run and keep you on your toes, as well as 4 unique Boss encounters which will require you to adapt your strategy to overcome.
Here's a brief overview of what you can expect when playing Nomad Survival:
The game is all about finding builds that you feel are powerful and fun, while also never making the game too easy to play that it becomes boring. The first Map allows for you to enjoy the game and experiment with various stats while taking on unique challenges, whereas the second Map is significantly more difficult and will preset a serious challenge to anyone that wants to test their mettle against more serious opponents, events, and Boss enemies.
Feel like the game is too slow? Increase the Game Speed at the Level Selection screen. You can make the game 50%, 100%, or even 200% faster, for a true test of your skill and reflexes!

Yet another survivor generic game that tries to make things different but the core gameplay is genuinely boring. Every single run I'm building the same thing, the events are sooo long and having the message show up 1 minute before the event trigger lowkey piss me off. The base game speed should be doubled it's just insanely slow and repetitive. I tried to give it a chance but I cannot recommend this one compared to simply better games like Vampire Survivors and Soulstone Survivors.2 found this helpful
Vampire Survivors was a very fun game, and all of the copycats it’s spawned really don’t have to do all that much to also be fun if they just copy the right parts of the formula. Nomad Survival is pretty emblematic of this mediocre copycat-VS game, because it’s basically a boring, pared-down version of VS, and the parts of it where it strays from the formula are the worst parts. I came through this game wondering if it had been playtested. The choice to have some of the hero attacks force you to stop moving or suddenly speed you up was absolutely miserable; you were basically locked into using the “move while attacking” boon for the Divine because trying to play with her otherwise was just such an awful experience, but I hated the quickguy (or whatever it was called) even more — trying to outmaneuver a mob only to suddenly careen sideways was just so frustrating. Then on the other side, the Paladin’s attack was so OP that I saw people giving advice that was just “literally use paladin and stand in one place” to beat hard modes; there was no reason to ever use a different hero. The attacks had the same problem; the fire wand was the worst — it routinely did 30% more damage over the…1 found this helpful
The game plays fine mechanically, but the pacing is just not good. Other games like the original Vampire Survivors and Halls of Torment do a much better job of having clear phases in the enemy spawns, times to farm, times to move toward targets on the map, and generally keeping a suitable level of pressure as you level up. This game fails in that regard. Sometimes there are spikes in enemies, then for no reason a complete drop off, and it leads to 30 minute games where you spend much of the time just waiting for it to progress to the end, rather than feeling engaged the whole time. Also, the chest unlocks being random and scaling rapidly in reroll costs is an awful design that basically guarantees you will wind up with useless chest rewards. I don't see anything in this game to justify playing it over others in the genre.1 found this helpful
its a fun vampire survivors type game but its very easy to become overpowered and barely even need to move around at all
Oh I have a few minutes, I'll just play this little pixel game for a bit... <10 hours later>... GAH!
Very fun bullet heaven with good meta progression. Lots of things to unlock and upgrade, a good variety of different characters to play, pets to upgrade, multiple maps, different game modes and sliders that allow you to highly customize the level of difficulty you want to play. It's definitely worth the price and you'll get hours of bullet heaven fun. If you're looking for something else to play after VS this is a good pick.
