This game used to be great. Unfortunately, they have disabled the multiplayer, which was the best part, and added random security lock targets on walls to shoot to open doors, which ruins the rush, and sometimes the locks bug out, so you lose for no reason. Worst part is they cut out the story, then sold it as a sequel, and made it using AI. Also, the audio is extremely crackly in this game, and no other VR games I play, and I swear it didn't used to be this way years ago. Overall, everyone that loved this game got scammed, so don't bother buying it. Joy Way is known for abandoning games and mixed to negative ratings on all of them. This was the one great game they had, and they ruined it too.

STRIDE is an energetic virtual reality parkour game that turns movement itself into the centerpiece of the experience. STRIDE is basically Mirror's Edge turned into a VR parkour playground. Running across rooftops, jumping between buildings, sliding under obstacles, and grabbing ledges with your hands feels incredibly satisfying when everything clicks. VR makes the movement feel much more physical, and pulling off a clean sequence of jumps genuinely feels like you're doing parkour. The game also adds shooting and combat to the mix, so you're not just running around — sometimes you're trying to clear enemies while simultaneously moving through the environment at ridiculous speeds. It can take some getting used to, especially if you're not accustomed to fast VR movement. Once your VR legs develop, though, flying through the city becomes incredibly fun. **9/10 — wanted to become a parkour expert, discovered my real skill was falling off buildings in VR.**

7/10 sick game if it wasn't for the fact the valve index controls feel weird compared to my rift cv1's, might try it with my quest 3 in the future but for the time being i don't see myself playing it that much

its a good tech demo, just it kinda sucks, the gun system isnt that good, and not to mention, ITS UNPLAYABLE IF YOU USE INDEX CONTROLLERS!! yes, its technically playable, but for some reason i constantly get sent to the pause menu without touching ANYTHING but my joysticks and my right A not to mention, it doesnt have a freemode... tldr, dont get it if you have the index
