I played without the patch. It is a ~5-hour game It has a nice little story But... this game is for the 'men of culture' so... even without the patch it is a bit too edgy... Well, if you like "ecchi" maybe it is a good game for you. I still prefer games without ecchi, so, for me, it was a little too much
