Story
Five years ago, Aoba Ryusei's childhood friend, Shinomiya Ginka, disappeared without a trace on the night of the summer festival. The superstitious islanders believed this to be an act of God, saying that she was "spirited away."
Now in high school, Ryusei decides to visit the island over summer break. He needs to know: Did Ginka ever come back? Could she be living a normal high school life?
Sadly, his faint hopes are crushed when he learns that Ginka was never seen again after that night. He dejectedly prepares to depart, but then he meets a young girl who looks exactly like his missing childhood friend― Ginka.
"Welcome back, Ryusei."
The girl doesn't know her own name. All she knows is that she loves Ryusei.
Where has she been? Why hasn't she aged? Finally reunited with his long lost friend, Ryusei vows to have the best summer vacation ever on the tranquil little island of his childhood.

good pure love type of story but no one prepared me for the sudden yaoi tension between mc and one of the side characters all of a sudden1 found this helpful
10/10. Ginka best girl, Gonta MVP.
GINKA

STORY
The story is great. It gives you enough roller coaster rides to enjoy the story itself due to how bittersweet the story is at some point until the end. Although the story is kinda off in some part, which makes the story less. The first part of the story is actually so cute it is unbearable, some kind of slice of life romance-comedy, and then the next part it added action into the genre, making it great for me personally. Although some might not be able to bear the difference, it is still a charm to the game. The story is not exactly too long, but going into the real plot might be too much for some people.
CHARACTERS
I love the characters. The dynamics between each character is enjoyable and somewhat well written. Small Ginka is Cute, Adult Ginka is a beauty and cute, and all characters are likeable. I love how well written the teacher, Araragi is, especially after reading through the stories. Also, Ginka's VA is overwhelmingly great, to the point i can collect all Ginka's "HMPH" sound effects and play the first part of twinkle twinkle little star.
SOUNDTRACKS
The soundtracks are well composed. When the tense music …
GINKA Recommended Length: Short (5-10 hours) Number of Routes: 1 (in 3 parts) Choices: Yes Failure Possible: Yes Character Rating: Good Story Progression: Good Music Rating: Decent Achievement Difficulty: 0 Additional Thoughts: Overall pretty good, it strikes a good balance between its themes and its mood without any of it feeling out of place.
Very cute childhood friends story. It has a nice storyline, but some scenes & events felt "repetitive". The ending is just okay, but maybe I'm hoping for sad ending (lol).
