Exit Denied is a first-person psychological horror game set inside a decaying mental asylum where something unnatural stalks the halls. You're trapped, weaponless, and constantly hunted by the Morph.To escape, you’ll need to search the facility, gather hidden components, and build a weapon from scratch. But the Morph won't wait. It adapts. It listens. It knows you're trying to fight back.When the weapon is ready, the final confrontation begins. You’ll have only one chance. And one shot.Short sessions, maximum tension:Exit Denied is designed for compact play sessions – perfect for quick adrenaline rushes or spontaneous horror rounds in between.Developer’s Note: “Exit Denied” is my first released game. After following the development on Twitch, it was great to finally play the game. You can feel the passion behind it — it’s a good and atmospheric first project. The random map generator keeps each run feeling fresh, and the flashlight's limited range adds to the tension. Managing to stay out of sight while finding all the parts gave a great sense of achievement. Since the monster moves unpredictably, you’re always on edge, listening closely and second-guessing every hiding spot. I almost finished my first run without the creature - let’s call him “Larry” - ever spotting me and then he starts chasing me right before the exit. So annoying! But I got my revenge and shot him. The mix of exploration and progression works well, and the Morph adds real pressure with its speed and presence. A tense, well-crafted experience. Great job for your first game!2 found this helpful
This is actually tense! I've enjoyed finding all the Parts undetected and it gave me a great Sense of Satisfaction. You never know where to hide or if it's actually safe since it isn't quite forseeable where the Monster will go so you have to be carefull and listen to it's every step. Visuals are very bad. 3 minutes and i had enough. Not a game to stream due to the darkness. Will refund.1 found this helpful
