full playthrough here: https://youtu.be/KRd9XVJe8Pw This is a really cute game with a neat concept I'm excited to see where it goes in the future. There are some areas that are in the game that aren't part of the story yet and can cause you to get stuck luckily the game is short so if you do get stuck it's not too hard to get back where you left off. I wish the language development section was a bit more complex, but I think this is meant to be more of a family-friendly any age game.5 found this helpful
This is yet another student project, one of literally thousands self-published on Steam Direct. It's from IIM Digital School in France. This is the result of an academic exercise for students. It's not a full, complete game in the way professionally developed products are. While it has more quality than most amateur games, it's not a complete gaming experience. Student projects have limited value for gamers because they're not fully developed games, just barely functional demos that show the students progress. Steam is not a place for for-profit colleges to dump student homework assignments... and having thousands of these is not good for gamers. The students made a simple low poly adventure game for consoles then published it on Steam instead of consoles. I don't know what they teach the students at IIM Digital, but it's not the differences between gaming platforms, I can tell you that much. Anyway this simple yet annoying game has you take on the role of a woman who crashed a plane into an island full of non-French speaking foreigners and you have to do some basic questing and dialogue with them to progress. The catch is the natives use a made-up writing system, and also t…1 found this helpful
Good stuff, I'd love to see more. The language-aspect of puzzle-solving makes it very fun. Graphics and sound are both very cute. I had 2 issues on my end. The keys for movement automatically remapped to ZQSD, and that's Z for forward. Weird. The lack of a cursor during the notebook also makes it a tad bit difficult to navigate but that bit was minor.1 found this helpful
Officially the worsr free game on steam Crzazy thsi TRASh made it to steam. ZQSD to move the character. So many bugs and annoyances Character kept walking on her own during my 2nd playthrough. COuldnt get the coconu out of the tree despite watching the only gameplay on YOUTUBE. they got it to work, I followed their play and it didnt work for me. YOu have to use special symbols to talk to the locals, which is annoying, Cant move the character with the mouse or gamepad, JUST ZQSD DO NOT PLAY this TRASH GAME. I tried it twice and both times it a frustrating experience. Im surpried STEAM or VALVE dont remove trash games like this from their databese. Game just does ntot work at all.
