9 Balls

9 Balls is an extremely poorly made mobile app-like 2D "billiards" simulator... and I'm really at a loss as to whether this is an asset flip or just completely bad. It certainly has all the qualities of an asset flip. If it is an asset flip, it's a terrible asset. The physics in the game are just broken... balls will hit the rails or other balls and just stop completely unnaturally. This truly is garbage. From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. While there are options to change the resolution for the game, all this does is scale up the simplistic 2D art assets used to make the game, which makes little or no difference to the graphics quality. Without any other substantial graphics tweaks, it's not possible for gamers to improve the lacklustre 2D visuals. The very poor quality of this game puts it squarely on-par with ancient 1990's Flash/Java games, and given it's 2023 (and this was released not so far back in 2018), gamers and the industry expect and deserve better than this kind of low effort shovelware. If you dare to finish a match (congratulations, you lost your sanity), it will take you an eternity. I've played better mobile games of this type than whatever this is. I feel like this is just another lazy game. I just can't call it a cash grab because I got it in a giveaway, and the game itself is only 79 cents. [b][PT][/b] [h2]O Jogo de Bilhar Mais Lento[/h2] A mira é tão lenta que jogar isto é uma maçada. Não dá para ajustar a sensibilidade. Se se atreverem a terminar uma partida (parabéns, perderam a vossa sanidade), vai demorar-vos uma eternidade. Já joguei jogos de telemóvel deste tipo melhores do que este. Tenho a impressão que é apenas mais um jogo feito com preguiça. Só não posso dizer que é um cash grab porque ganhei num giveaway e o jogo em si só custa 79 cêntimos.

I bought it, because it was very cheap and i wanted some other games, than only the big ones like Train Simulator and so on... :-D The most thing i like is the music... The controls are very slow, even when i play with mouse support i often must move the mouse to move the "Queue" only a little bit. So dont use on Laptops with Touchpads ;-) If i start the game and have full power on the Queue, the balls only move very slow... Nothing compared to the real Billards. So i think, try it... But i wont buy it again... Or i would buy it, but only for the Music :-D
