Brazil's cheap game prices do not apply to the games people play
PC games cost 31.7% less in Brazil than in America across the catalogue — and 3.3% MORE on titles with over ten thousand Steam reviews. The discount lives in the back catalogue, and there is almost no key-reseller market to fall back on.

The median official euro price of a PC game is exactly 1.0000 times its dollar price, and then 21% VAT goes on. What buyers actually pay is level with America — every point of it closed by key resellers rather than publishers.
