About Apartment 22

Hey there 👋I'm Blu, and this is my first ever game — made with zero game dev experience, just a lot of curiosity and late nights.Apartment 22 is a bite-sized horror game where you play as a detective trapped in a time loop inside a strange apartment. You’ll search for clues left behind by someone else… or maybe by yourself. Each playthrough is a little different. The more you play, the more you start to uncover what’s really going on.

It won’t take much of your time — but it just might stick in your head longer than you expect.

Meh. 20 minutes gameplay with 1-2 jumpscares, probably you'll need to play it more times but sincerly i won't. There's better in this price range.

8/10 Cool looping game. There are six endings in total, so there is some replayability. I love the subtle changes as you play through multiple times while trying to get all endings. Couple jump scares, but nothing excessive. Worth the price!

Apartment 22 was short — even by indie horror standards — but honestly? It was pretty dang unique. The standout feature here is the voice control mechanic, and that alone made the experience worth it. Being able to say certain phrases out loud and have the ghost actually respond and trigger events in real time was WILD. That part genuinely caught me off guard and made things feel way more immersive (and stressful in the best way). The game was definitely creepy, and there were some solid jumpscares that got both me and chat good. I will say, the whole “stuck in a loop” concept has been done a lot in horror games, so it didn’t feel super fresh story-wise — but the voice interaction helped it stand out enough to keep things interesting. Overall, it was short, sweet, and entertaining, especially for a live playthrough. It’s not at the very top of my must-play list, but if you’re running low on horror games and need something quick that still delivers some good scares, Apartment 22 is definitely worth checking out. Chat and I had a good time — and that counts for a lot. 👀💀

I thought this game was really well done, especially considering it’s the developer’s first game. It’s clear a lot of effort and creativity went into it. I definitely recommend playing through all the endings—there are some cool surprises and details hidden throughout. I’m genuinely looking forward to seeing what this dev creates next!
