If I wanted to play a 'horror' visual novel I'd rather play either of the two Milk games or just play FNAF or NSO for the management. The game is boring, the story is rather whatever, the atmosphere is just not very scary. The trailer manages to differ from the game somehow and even then the trailer overplays how 'scary' the game is. Like there's just NOTHING in the game for half of the trailer which is incredibly funny. And even then, this just feels like slop. Nothing in this game makes me feel like like there was anything of value here.

This is not a bad game for the price. It is a better game for the sale price of just a few dollars. - The atmosphere is very well done, and I like the concept. - I cannot for the life of me get over the meat cubes. I found the gameplay and mechanics simple, which makes it easier to focus on the atmosphere. I love the choice of art style, and the music is well done. Use of peripheral vision and sound is well done. WHY AM I DODGING MEAT CUBES. The eyeballs, the faces, all that makes sense, but MOVING MEAT CUBES really killed the vibes for me. More time/ability to use the TV to learn more about the world/environment would be good.. even early on, mechanics became too demanding to even consider the TV. I like the dialogue and the 'bed rot' feeling is spot on. WHY MEAT CUBES. The % of players achieving Day 7 drop by half and I firmly believe they are to blame. As someone currently stuck at this level, it now feels more frustrating than spooky, but I am still engaged enough to persist past the flesh squares.

nice, very apreciative of the graphics, the story and the overall atmosphere but the game gets really repetitive by the end of it and as you better understand the mechanics it becomes maybe a bit too easy. and talking about mechanics, I really liked how you just get thrown into this weird world. no big introduction, no tutorial, and a sense of uneasiness. reccomend

Its really not that bad actually especially for the price, has a weird surreal horror vibe. The gameplay is a lot more varied than just a horror walkthrough. You have to know what items to use to keep you alive while stuck in your bed, and the whole time monsters and hallucinations are messing with you. The graphics remind me a lot of paratopic, and underneath the lighthouse. They run smooth and function well, and it has that low fi feel to it. Its worth 50c-1$ on sell. It might not be long, people say its short. I haven't delved in long enough, but I have not looked up walkthroughs, so the games still challenging. I haven't got far at all so it seems to have some varied content to it. I don't think you'll beat it super fast unless you just look at a walkthrough or something.
