You have three heroines to play as. They each have their own combat style and advantages, and disadvantages, but their stages are designed for their own character so it's not like you have a set stage and three characters to choose from. It's basically like the stages are separately designed for each character as the cutscenes are tied in to the stage itself after you are able to progress far enough through a horde of enemies and obstacles. Oh yeah, the gameplay is basically a naughty flappy bird and every time you move up and down you get the sounds of "clapping cheek", which is where the game gets its name from.

Horny flappy bird, and this game is actually harder than I thought ngl. It's probably skill issue since I'm not accustomed to this kind of game, but well, Imma keep trying for now. That aside, all 3 characters have different kind of playstyle, and you can actually feel how different they are from each other. I'm not talking about skills and ability, but they way they play itself is fundamentally different between each characters, including basic movement and weight.
