What Steam players say

Players appreciate the competitive fun of tricking opponents into drinking disgusting concoctions, with the game shining in multiplayer scenarios where the absurdity and strategy create memorable moments. However, the tutorial poorly explains the recipe system and ingredient mechanics, leaving new players confused until they discover these features themselves or try advanced modes. The drink combinations themselves are intentionally vile and unappetizing by design, which is the point, though the game's overall quality and content depth seem limited to some players.
All the drinks are completely awful but who cares as long as you win. I've only played Single Player/Normal/Bots but imagine it can get ridiculous and hilarious with a friend. The tutorial could be more informative about the recipes. I only figured out there were actual recipes when I tried to play Top Shelf mode and that was a total game changer! It also took me some time to realize that I could see what the recipe was by selecting specific ingredients. I found myself wanting to unlock all of them and that takes some strategy to win because you never know if you'll have to drink it or if you'll be able to make your opponent drink something horrible (plus who knows what they're concocting).4 found this helpful
Would recommend. Making your friend drink something with glass shards, a dead bird and a cigarette butt has never been so fun!2 found this helpful
