About Planum
PLANUM is a 2D raner in which you will operate an aircraft in the vicinity of the World. You have both allies and enemies. But PLANUM would not be such an interesting game if not for the addition of a third kind of aircraft. "Nitral" aircraft are not, neither enemies, nor allies. Unfortunately you can not know who you are going to score, and only thanks to your intuition you can get the bonus you need. PLANUM is one of the most difficult games! You will have to work hard to get to the final design.
What is your reward at the end? Firstly, the game is endless. You can get as many points as your heart desires. And secondly, the way passed is a reward!
Is waiting for you:

- Unusual GamePlay

- Beautiful music
- Endless game

✦ AI summary
Players describe Planum as an extremely minimal, low-effort game with barely any content—just a handful of reused graphics, two music tracks, and one level that can be completed in minutes. While the core mechanic of ambiguous entities creating uncertainty during gameplay shows some conceptual novelty, reviewers feel the execution is severely lacking and not worth any price, with concerns raised about whether the game is an asset flip that doesn't belong on Steam.
Planum is an asset flip from the asset flippers at Metal Fox. This time they ripped off a basic shoot 'em up template for Unity and are trying to scam people into paying for someone else's game. Which is something they've done before. CONVEY Studios/Metal Fox have a known history of trying to scam people into paying them money for someone else's work, through this account or through closely linked/alt accounts. An example of CONVEY Studios/Metal Fox doing this is Inaccessible world, which is really "Ultimate Survival", written by the actual developers, Winterbyte. Taking this shovelware seriously as if it was a genuine attempt to make a game, it doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. A choice was made to use obsolete, decades old retro pixel "art" as a substitute for …3 found this helpful
Planum developed by CONVEY Studios and published by Metal Fox is a stripped-down arcade experience that builds its identity around a single, unconventional idea: forcing players to make rapid decisions without complete information. On the surface, it resembles a classic endless aerial runner, but its defining mechanic—blurring the distinction between allies and threats—introduces a layer of unpredictability that sets it apart from more straightforward reflex-based games. The gameplay is centered on piloting an aircraft through a continuous stream of incoming units, reacting in real time to avoid danger and maintain momentum. What complicates this otherwise familiar setup is the presence of ambiguous entities that do not clearly signal whether they are beneficial or harmful. This uncertainty becomes the core challenge, requiring players to rely on instinct and quick judgment rather than memorization or pattern recognition. Each decision carries risk, and hesitation can be just as dangerous as acting too quickly, creating a tension that defines the overall experience. As an endless, score-driven game, progression is tied entirely to player performance. There are no structured level…1 found this helpful
This is exactly what’s wrong with Steam. There’s no way this should have been published, let alone have a price tag. It feels like it took a 10-year-old about four minutes to throw together—about the same time it takes to 100% the game. Five graphic assets (three of which are just recolors), two music tracks, and one level. I got it for free, or else I’d be asking for a refund. Steam should be ashamed for allowing this on the platform.1 found this helpful
What the Sigma?!
When you think about it Planum sounds a lot like Fanum, and I will definitely being Fanum taxing you for this monstrosity of a game. Obviously, don't play this game, it lacks any substance.
