About Run Jump Rabbit Turtle

The Monkey Wizard has combined Rabbit and Turtle into one of those new designer hybrid animals to work for him. You know, like a puggle-- but with more shell and buckteeth. In order to traverse the dangerous cave areas and collect the magical kiwis for the Monkey Wizard, you can seamlessly morph between the fast nimble rabbit or the slow defensive turtle.

- Race to collect magical kiwis before they are rotten.
- Converse with and maybe(?) help other animals working for the Monkey Wizard.
- Find secrets and bonus content, no microtransactions required!
- A satire filled journey through dangerous caves where the 4th wall isn't just broken its annihilated.
- Finish the game with 3.5 different endings...
- "Speed Run" mode available.
- Optional "Easy Mode" that can be toggled at any time... and for those who don't approve of that, an unlockable "Git Gud" mode.
- At least one character that is wearing pants!

The movement feels good mechanically and is fun to improve at. The levels provide a good bit of challenge naturally and with timed objectives that challenge only increases, but its rewarding when you finally get all 3 ripe kiwis on a level. The game includes a built in speedrun mode, which is always a bonus. As well as separate profiles so you can have different save files for different things. There's also some good dialogue scattered throughout that made me crack a smile. The level variety in terms of art is lacking a bit, leading to levels being hard to distinguish between one another at times. But that's a minor issue to me, A fun gameplay loop > Art. But I can understand how people would find that unenjoyable, or how it could take away from the experience. But nonetheless, Its definitely worth its price if you enjoy 2d platformers or a good challenge. Side note: I was a beta tester for this game, which meant i received it for free. But I'd gladly buy it again. Any 5$ game that I can get 20+ hours of fun out of is worth it in my book. Also Nate (the developer) has fixed every issue that I brought up, as well as many from others. And I look forward to seeing what other proje…4 found this helpful
Really fun and addicting, I have very few complaints about the game. Like others have said, it's mainly the level varieties that seem to be lacking and art, but that's not really that important, and I like how you can start off at a check point to memorize the layout of the level to ensure the perfect run is achieved. Controls are very smooth and getting those kiwis within a specified time or the perfect run, enables one to experience "true hard" mode once progressed far enough. Clocked in ten hours so far. Looking forward for more updates!3 found this helpful

Its a fun and challenging game.1 found this helpful
I started playing this game because the speedrun seemed fun and beatable, but ended up really enjoying playing every level through. The game is genuinely difficult at times but not in an unfair feeling way. Would recommend for anyone who likes platformers and/or speedrunning.
