Honestly, such a great game - but you need to use the manual (included with purchase) and possibly check online guides if you haven't played before. The reason we like games like this is the depth of mechanics in the background. Many modern games don't prioritise this as much because they have fancy graphics and UIs, but games like Pizza Tycoon (Connection) were all about learning the systems and winning that way. Great game if you have the patience to learn, or it's something you've played before.

horrible ui, glitchy screen and the game barely explains anything

A great game, certainly could use a few quality of life updates from this century, but none of the sequels could quite capture the charm it has. It can be perfectly on Windows or Linux played using the open-source reimplementation called Pizza Legacy (google it), you just need the assets from the original game.
