Diamond Caves

Too much nostalgia here I used to play this with my dad as a kid and teenager for hours , and we loved how fun and challenging this was in advanced levels. this is one of my fav games of all times .. addictive and very entertaining. highly recommended.

The game is good, but Rock & Diamonds is better, free, and seems to have more effort put into it. I have two main gripes with Diamond Caves : its hideous user interface and the infuriating "involuntary double boulder push" that makes certain puzzles requiring speed and precision feel like a coin toss. There should be a short delay after pushing a boulder to avoid that. It almost never happened to me in the original Emerald Mine games.

It's not the game I have played in my childhood :(

Me and my whole family have played Diamond Caves for years. We all originally played Emerald Mines on an Amiga. Love the game, although some levels can drive you crazy. On this Steam version, i cannot figure out how the editor works. I can load and see the level, and can test play the level while in edit mode but haven't figured out how to make an edit.

Well I been waiting for almost a year to get it, and i am impressed that this is awesome! but i have one issue this game is a bit laggy if you get what I mean, but to be brutally honest I agree with the reviews that says rocks'n'diamonds are better than this game because it's free graphical coding, and has different game engines.
