It's worth it just for the fanservice alone. Not a bad game at all especially for the price.

The only problem with this game is that every time you lose you have to start all over again, other than that its an terrific game with a great story and a happy ending.

Hachishaku was a really fun and surprisingly strange horror game for me. 😂 I enjoyed exploring Naninani Mura, searching for clues and slowly uncovering the mystery surrounding my past while trying to avoid HachiShaku-sama. The exploration was one of my favorite parts. Looking around the village, finding notes, discovering secrets, and figuring out what was going on kept me interested as I progressed. And of course, there's HachiShaku-sama herself. At first, you really don't want this eight-foot-tall woman anywhere near you. 😂 She can even teleport, so sometimes you think you've finally escaped, only for her to suddenly show up again. I also found it funny how the game keeps finding new ways to make you not leave the village. Every time I thought I was finally getting somewhere, something else happened. 😂 As the story progresses, things become more complicated than they first seem. I won't spoil it, but HachiShaku-sama isn't quite the character you might think she is at first. I really liked the combination of horror, mystery, exploration, and comedy.
