In this case, the asset flipper took a bunch of zombie assets and a town asset pack from Unreal Marketplace/FAB and assembled them into an incredibly barebones wave survival shooter game template... this is a small, lazy effort with only one apparent purpose... to make a minimum viable product to dump onto Steam Direct.
