You should play this if: You love deep character development with emotional subtext You love original art vision You love games with main character customization: sex, skin color, name, pronounces The idea of additional patch is kinda cool. Because this game worth it even without nsfw content. But nsfw content is very creative. You know what I mean if you got some extraterrestial experince hehehe
