This game had more updates in 1 one day than Ubisoft did in past few months. Pretty addicting.

An arena-based rogue-like game that is really fun!

GunBang is a fun, fast-paced roguelite that gives you a lot of playtime with its variety of weapons, upgrades, and classes. There’s tons of different builds to try, so it never gets boring, plus the visuals and levels are diverse. It runs great and barely takes up space, making it perfect for the Steam Deck. The four game modes, especially "chaos," add real challenge. Definitely worth the price for anyone looking to pass time and enjoy some intense action!

It starts off pretty ok but very quickly turns bad. It is really buggy with menu buttons overlapping each other and never really knowing which button you press, hitboxes being extremely wonky and the balancing being completely all over the place. Some upgrades are just better in every way than other upgrades and cost less. Essentially its "Get the one OP upgrade or lose" until you get a few achievement points. Once you have some achievement points and bought upgrades it becomes extremely boring and repetitive since you are just way too strong or way too weak but never anything in between. There are also some game crashes like killing the plague doctor boss just every time crashing the game etc. Also the achievements are WAY too grindy. it takes about 10 hours to get 30 wins on one weapon. you have to do it on EVERY weapon and there are 45 weapons to get them all. The coin collecting achievements don't even work at all. Overall it is a good base for a game, especially the different weapons are nice. There is a lot of variety and some weapons play very uniquely but I think it was abandonned years ago and is just a buggy mess now. Not worth buying.
