About Agelast

Agelast is a single-player first-person horror game set in a South Korean school.

You don't know why you're here, you don't even remember how you got here.
Escape from school.
However, something is happening at school.
This school is obviously temporarily closed, but someone is there.
Interact with objects and find items to find your way out.

There are no puzzles except for pathfinding.
This is because I believe that puzzles during horror games can disrupt the flow of the game and cause irritation.

This game is conceived up to Chapter 3.
Currently, only Chapter 1 has been produced.

Control keys are specified in In-Game Pause (ESC).
This game does not support controllers. A mouse and keyboard are required to play.
Does not support 2560 x 1080 monitors.

Caution) It can contain shocking scenes

+ This game was made by a Korean high school student.
Please note this.
Honestly, I feel like I wasted my money even though this was free.
All I did was wander around the school unlocking doors until I finally got outside. A red arrow pointed to a gate, and then I couldn't figure out to do to open the gate and after about 5 minutes of running around, I gave up. Needs more scary and less walking sim. AND SO GUIDANCE MORE THAN 'Get out"

Agelast is a small-scale first-person horror game that attempts to turn the ordinary familiarity of a school into an oppressive and uncertain environment. Developed and published by KurGenn, it begins with a deliberately mysterious situation in which the protagonist awakens inside a South Korean school without knowing exactly why or how they ended up there. The building should be empty, yet the growing suspicion that something else may be roaming its corridors quickly transforms a simple escape objective into a tense exploration of an unfamiliar and potentially dangerous place. The strongest aspect of the experience is its straightforward approach to horror. Rather than surrounding the player with complicated systems, extensive combat mechanics, or elaborate objectives, Agelast focuses primarily on movement, environmental interaction, item searching, and discovering a way out. The first-person viewpoint works well with this concept because it keeps the player's awareness restricted to what can immediately be seen. Entering classrooms, checking dark spaces, and walking through quiet corridors can therefore generate suspense even when nothing visibly threatening is happening. One o…

very bad game

Frustratingly empty rooms and tepid horror elements mark this game unnoteworthy beyond the (potentially unsavory) implications of its story.

Very basic, expects people to know about random mechanics with no indication.
