Another World Quest

"Another World Quest" is a very mediocre Chinese mobile app tier CCG that's just waiting to be hooked up to some nasty monetisation. This really is Hearthstone from Temu... and shouldn't be confused with the excellent 1990's puzzle platformer, "Another World", which is way better than this. There's no English translation for the game, but that's okay. The language of bad games is universal. This has some really mediocre looking graphics that will understandably be a turn off for a lot of gamers, and it's a big contributor to the failure of the game to attract gamers despite having no up-front cost. Gaming is a primarly visual medium, and if developers want to succeed, they must understand that it's not an area for compromise. You deserve better than compromises. This is "free" enough, at least you won't be expected to spend any more money after you download this, but just because something is free doesn't mean it's good. Even though this is "free", it failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 5 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. Another World Quest is a free-to-play single-player strategy card game that combines deck construction, turn-based battles, card collecting, and a fantasy narrative about travelers transported into another world.
