Brutal Dinosaur

The game is enthusiastic and super ultimate cool beyond comprehension! The art is amazing, the character designs and the backgrounds are so cool! There is constant variety with enormous bosses and crazy things happening always! Combat is jank, but fun jank with many crazy moves with all characters that are exciting. The only problem is the shooting sound is too loud for shooting mode! Please fix in a patch, because I want to keep replaying the game comfortably without super loud shooting sound. Amazing super powered game, recommended if you're a fan of excitement!

Another victim of the early access global disease. The game has very good intentions. The graphics and visual elements, although it looks a bit unfinished/empty in some rooms, are looking very nice and original if you like hand-drawn 2D. If that's the case, you will love the game's visual identity! Although animations could be slightly more fluid, the game gets a point for this. Two characters to choose from is a minimum and there's few changes of gameplay between them but that makes a bit of diversity, plus the fanservice is pretty high regarding the girl's outfit, and a third character should appear sometime in the future. The mix beat'em all / shoot'em up is actually a very nice idea, and I feel like it could work. You press a button and then your character gets his gun and a crosshair appears and you can start shooting stuff in the air. That would be pretty cool if while you were doing that you could move your character ( a bit like in Wild Guns, when you move your crosshair right, you move right and vice-versa ), but instead your character stays absolutely still and you are just playing the sitting duck. This game LOOKS good. Love the 90s comic manga vibe. Just too many issues to be enjoyable.

You can tell when a game has been designed by someone who has a real passion for what they are doing. This game is a prime example. This is an independent game, which a very small team has put together. It does have a few technical issues, but these guys have shown willing to keep working on this game and keep bringing out updates. The real aspect of this game that shines is the very clear vision that Marcelo Tapia has for the universe which he has created. This is very clearly a comic book artist, wanting to bring his work to life and I respect that. This is an ambitious project which is a lot of fun to play all in all. Patience is needed, but I promised it's worth it. GREAT GAME. Makes me want to play more of Animas Games releases.
