About Charlie and Friends
Welcome to the world of Charlie and Friends! Currently looking for a new caretaker for our beloved characters: Charlie the Cat, Hilda the Hyena, Sammy the Snake, and Rosy the Rabbit.
Your job is to take care of our wonderful characters by feeding them, cleaning after them, fixing anything they broke, and uploading daily records of the characters. However, your job won't be that easy though since the characters like to wander around the building and they may interrupt you. Plus there seems to be something else happening in the background of the company you work for. Can you survive your work week and solve the mystery of what's happening?
Before I played Charlie and Friends, I had a small pp, no friends, no gf, depression, and no life. These things havent changed, but the game is pretty good
1 found this helpful
pretty good arg fnaf game double crown win can't wait to see what comes next1 found this helpful
It's pretty good! Definitely give it a try if you like the fnaf style games. You stay on 1.5 screens basically so you can almost see everything at once. It's done in a good way. It's a little difficult until you know what you are doing on the later nights, but it wasn't stupid hard. The game didn't force you to sit through 15 minutes of non stop clicking, typing out a paragraph, and checking back and forth only to die last minute type of deal. It is forgiving and I appreciate that. Don't expect it to be easy though.1 found this helpful
A fun FNAF-inspired short game with its own twist and a rather accessible ARG-adjacent aspect! What leaps out at you right away is the design of the characters’ monster forms. Not only are they really interesting, but also easily set themselves apart from animatronics by having a distinctly more fleshy and eldritch appearance to them instead of a robotic one. The art style has a cute kind of simplicity to it, which on the one hand makes sense as the characters are supposed to be from a children’s franchise yet on the other hand it unfortunately takes away from their visual scariness. However this is not too much of an issue as the main horror can be found in the story instead with the exception of the faces in the dark as those are quite unsettling. The sound design is really well done too with the levels mostly having no background music only background noises emphasizing the sounds of the characters approaching. This is both functional as well as adding to the atmosphere. Something that stood out to me in particular in terms of style is the tutorial being depicted as a VHS recording with both its filter and its old-timey soundtrack. Perhaps it would have been cool to have that VH…
