Chernov Incident

[b] Chernov Incident [/b] is a short simulation and puzzle game where you have to stop a nuclear reactor from melting down by following the prompts on the automated instruction book within a ten minute deadline. I was intrigued by this concept because it basically follows what I do as a job except for I deal with lots of hardware and software rather than a nuclear reactor and I just ring people up and say "It's broken. Get out of bed and sort it out." In [b] Chernov Incident [/b] you are very much responsible for fixing the issue, and within a short amount of time, so the pressure is on, especially because you are a wet behind the ears intern who knows nothing, and your only saviour is an automated instruction book which guides you through the instructions using a nine digit telephone pad, explaining processes revolving around power, cooling, and a central console. Instructions might involve moving dials, checking lights, and entering commands into a console. You also have to be mindful of doing things in the correct order. If your time runs out then the place explodes and luckily you get a do-over and can learn from your mistakes. It only takes a few attempts before you crac…

A short but a very captivating game that keeps you on the edge of your seat while you play it. 10/10 for atmosphere. Highly recommend.

pretty good game, the phone bot is realistically slow to do things and that adds a good amount of comedy in a stressful situation like this one. definitely play this game if you like short puzzle games

Cool game!! Makes you really stressed but in a fun way, really immersive for a short game! Loved it! Waiting for new projects from the devs :)))
