Congratulations to Nervtek for being the first company from Sri Lanka to make it to steam. The game has a more than expected play time, different Alien types & also a clever sound Design and puzzles that will give you goose bumps at times. Condition Red is a throwback to old school side scrolling shooters that still feels like a modern game. This is in large part due to the atmospheric visuals - the lighting effects are a standout. The creature designs are inventive. I'm not the biggest fan of the creature sound effects but everything else is spot on, and I dug the background music. The gameplay is action heavy, with platforming and puzzle elements thrown in frequently enough to keep things varied and engaging throughout the three levels currently on offer. The shooting sequence against armed alien invaders is frenetic and sometimes unforgiving when they come at you in numbers as you find your ammo rapidly depleting - it's not a walk in the park, but perseverance pays off. The 2.5D combat elements come into play on occasion to add more variety, but the majority of the game is reminiscent of 16 bit classics like Flashback. The featured boss battle is in 2.5D and brought back memories of Dynamite Duke. I purchased this game after watching a PCGuide video. I actually created my Steam account to purchase this game because I wanted to help the developers. Congrats guys. It's a good game with a lot of potential. I would like to see puzzle platformer like LIMBO from you guys in the future...

Excellent game, didn´t expected such levels of quality and intellligent design !. Will play again, loved it. Thanks to the brilliant devs, respect ! In my monitor only 1176 x 664 resolution shows the health value, perfectly played in other resolutions but that part of the screen gets cropped (but full and perfectly playable screen anyway, just not so wide a view). For old gamers like me (68 y.o.), if you want to use Cheat Engine: Spoilers, select to view:
All weapons 4 Bytes exact, address end in 4 (weapon addressesses always separated by 20 hexadecimal). You can change value to 99999 or whatever, carries from level to level. Health is 4 Bytes exact, 100 initial, up to 120 in later levels, freeze or accepts 999999 though resets on pick ups.
End Spoilers.
