I was supposed to review it ages ago but eh… whatever. Let’s see if I even remember what it’s about. So you land on this game’s store page, right. You take one good look and think: “Well aren’t those some cute little anime children.” then you glance to the side and see the tags: Action, Indie, Exploration, Sexual Content, Cute, Funny… wait. Back that up a bit. Sexual Content… hmm... sexual content? Huh… What? Uh-oh… UUHH-OOOOH. So it’s one of [i]those[/i] games, huh? One of those cute and funny fun for the whole family type of games, huh? You might even say this is a game for p… pe… ped… for a pedantic sort of person who exclusively likes a certain kind of video game character. Now, before you rush to any conclusions and get your panties in a bunch, trying to reach for that report button like I know some of you fiends did and got some digital works of art like Maomao Discovery Team banned, and I’ll mention I’ve never even played that game, only heard the name, don’t put me on a list ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥! The game is pretty cool, but there are too many instances of "Where am I supposed to go and what am I supposed to do?" moments. I mean, that's par for the course for metroidvania genre, which is what this is, but there are few moments I was stuck wondering what I am supposed to do next and the game is not clear on what to do. For example, at one point, the quest arrow was pointing to a room that I had no access to. It turns out I had to go elsewhere on the map to trigger a cutscene but the game wasn't telling me that's what I was supposed to do. I had to stop playing at the last part of the map called Seal Prison because I have no idea what I am supposed to do there (I found two switches but there's no indication what they do). Still, I am recommending this because the game itself was pretty fun. It's a cute metroidvania with cute characters and cute story. The dual character mechanic works pretty well and the control is pretty tight, if you're using a controller. I just wish there was a walkthrough or guide because I am stuck on the last part of the map.

Great Game

I got the game through some other means and was glad to be able to buy it through steam to support the creators. I managed to get somewhat close to a 100%, but I don't think I'll be trying to get a 100%. However, I really hope CelLab makes another one of these. The game is really jank, but I really loved the game.
