Crazy Otto is an unabashed ripoff of Pac-Man (copyright, Bandai-Namco Entertainment, 1980) and seems to have been put on Steam to fight out whether or not Bandai-Namco feel like enforcing their intelluctual property rights. So far... no, but that can change at any moment, so, as with all copyright infringing materials, if you pay money for it, you're putting that money at risk. Copyright infringement is no laughing matter. So this is just Pac-Man, with a multiplayer mode (that never got used, see player stats below), and is otherwise deficient in all respects. The ghosts were replaced with dinosaurs, that's the only "creativity" involved with this very nasty copyright infringement. From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. A choice was made to use obsolete, decades old retro pixel "art" as a substitute for contemporary PC graphics. It's unclear if this is due to lack of budget or talent, regardless, the overall visual quality of the game is extremely low as a result. Otto went crazy, I joined the pixel asylum. Glitchy trap but I keep crawling back for digital spankings. Never fix this beautiful mess.
