- Option to create your own organization with your own nationality, and work your way up from the very bottom
- Your choices and priorities are not limited to players, you must deal with staff, the expectations of your owner, finances, and much more!
Build your squad
- Pure skill is not everything when signing players. For the best setup, you must take roles, maps and positions into consideration
- Your team's cohesion will depend on each player's personality, the languages they can speak, and the decisions you make around them. The most resilient players can handle a tough schedule with lots of travel, while you must carefully plan your events and matches around others
Perfect your map pool
- Watch your team in action on 8 different maps, each with its own characteristics and tactical quirks. Your timeouts and instructions are played out in real time, and your success depend on them
- Choose your in-game-leader, sniper, the pace at which your team plays, how to attack and defend each site, and decide on many other tactical elements to optimize your teams approach
- Mastering all maps at the same time is tough, prioritize depending on your teams abilities, and your players preferences

This game is a very specific niche and experience. If you LOVE being immersed into the role of being a leader and trusting those below you to execute your ideas then you'll love this game. It's very incomplete and some unintended mechanics can make the game frustrating but it's incredibly fun even when losing.
