EHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH........! It might be a bit better than the first one, but...! Even if you get used to the slight lag/stutter as you jump and the mobility of the character... The hit boxes... You then will go on to have fun for maybe an hour or so? Then you go on to have the same problem as their other games (not just Devious Dungeon)... Where you nearly get all the Achievements... Before you even reach World 3 and somehow... Somehow you aren't having any fun anymore. Sure there are lots of upgrades and such... But the game is purely based on how lucky you get and what monsters are there, versus your own skills. I don't even know if it matters what build/character you make and after finishing two worlds... I just feel drained from playing this. If you enjoyed this -> Cool. More power to ya. As for me... I just can't force myself to do it anymore.2 found this helpful
A fun simple roguelite rpg platformer that is a good time to plug in a controller and turn your brain off to. Not the highest quality port by any means, but sufficient. 7/10.
It's definitely an improvement over the 1st game, but it still lacks waifus & re-bindable keys.
I ended up playing this game before the first Devious Dungeon. After I finished this one with all three characters, I went and played the original game. I can say this is a great upgrade in every way. I enjoyed the game thoroughly, and even though it took a bit of time to play through with everyone, it was a lot of fun.

So many memories of playing this and its predecessor on my iPod touch in the 2010s it’s a great little game Simple as that.
