At its current state, I do not recommend it. It's barely in a playable state. Visuals are pretty, but the perspective and view is rough. Half the level is invisible to see your character, but this results in it being hard to read the level and its layout. Especially with its jerky changes in angles when entering rooms. It's easy to get stuck or lost. Narrative is interesting, but its way too abstract as to who these characters are or what your goal is. There's no main menu, the controller doesn't work for menus or dialogue choices, and there's no tutorial. You're just dropped into a level with combat and platforming the moment you launch the game, and nothing is explained to you. This is a solo dev who's struggling financially, so I'm not asking him/her to have released this on the same date AND in a better state. I'm saying this wasn't ready, and before 1.0 release, it needs a LOT of improvements. - Make a main menu and tutorial. - Improve controller support. - Add Vsync. - Better communicate what your goal is, at least visually. - Give a proper introduction to the story instead of just dropping you into a level. - Make navigation smoother in terms of the camera and what you ca…

Pros: + Exploring is really engaging + Platforming controls are done well, 2D/3D changes really help to keep it refreshing + Visually the game looks really appealing to me, as I'm into this kind of aesthetic Cons - For now, storyline is confusing, that's something I look forward to be changed after early access - Enemy variety is lacking and should be addressed, fighting gets too stale All in all I recommend it, had a great time with it and wait for full release!

this isnt ready, dont think dev know what optimize means. A game this small and low graphics shouldnt run like spoiled milk.

Maybe there could some potential here but not without a TON of work. This either needs to be re-labeled as early access or removed from the store because it is barely playable in its current state. I wouldn't even call this pre-alpha quality. The first thing I did upon starting the game was pan the camera down and watch it go through the floor. Great start. This is possibly the worst optimized game I have ever played. The FPS jerks between 35 and 60 fps even when paused. This is so bad and jarring that it makes the platforming almost nauseating. I have an RTX 3080 and a twelve core processor and this basic little indie game is one of the only games I've ever played that fell below my g-sync threshold and caused my OLED to flicker. Absolute madness. In addition, for a game that highly recommends using a controller its a bit strange that none of the menus or dialogue options can be controlled with one. I keep having to jump up and grab my mouse every time this happens. Speaking of the dialogue the "story" seems to be told in 3 sentence out of context dialogue in a room with a girl and a drum-set that just shows up every once in a while without any explanation.
