Pastime game, match 3, farm simulator. PLOT The protagonists are 2 farmers Tom and Charlie, their dream is to plant many trees, create an orchard to be able to collect many types of fruit and sell it. But they only have a small piece of empty land and an old and abandoned house, our job is to help them earn money to be able to buy little by little everything they need to become a good fruit grower. PLAYABILITY First of all you can choose between 2 game levels: 1 Difficult with limited time and moves and 2 Relaxed with no time and number of moves. There are 120 levels to complete every time you finish them a board you will have a score that will be converted into coins, these will be used to buy everything you need: improve the house, plant trees, build a bridge, buy a tractor, a boat and many other things .... You have 2 reloading aids, a hammer to break the tiles and the ability to shuffle the board, but it rarely happens to use them because I assure you that the game is very dynamic, you will form many combos that cause explosions and you can break in no time the crates and chains that block the fruit. Dream Fruit Farm is a mobile app that's been dumped on Steam as a lazy, cheap cash grab. It's a routine mobile ported match-3 game. Matching three or more of the same symbol causes them to vanish, changing the grid and progressing the game. As with most mobile apps, there's a simplistic interface, locked/unchangeable screen resolution, next to no customisability, and somewhat low resolution graphical assets. All of this puts this game below minimum standards for a contemporary PC game. As gamers, we don't spend thousands on gaming rigs to pretend they're iPhones. Once more we see greedy mobile devs trying to scam PC gamers. On Steam, this is a ridiculous $5 USD, on app stores, it's free. Mobile devs must learn PC gamers are not here to be gouged, and can't be expected to pay a premium for a free mobile game just because it's been lazily dumped on Steam. This is unacceptable disrespect for PC gamers.

If you like match-3 games, this is a pretty solid one.

Mostly leaving the review as a head-up to potential buyers. Game isn't awful, pretty bare bones match three, but not recommending because I feel it's misrepresented. Despite the tag it is in no way shape or form a farming sim as most people understand that term. Cute music, graphics so-so, I was disappointed to find out that the "farm to build" is just adding another building, with no choice of color or style, to the flat looking picture of your farm. It sounds like there should be a story, but it's pretty much just the match three game. It mentions helping Tom and Charlize with all the work but there's no farming. But if you just want to match it's okay, on sale.

This is a very basic match three game with levels to beat to build home areas (of which is such basic graphics, you don't really care about building it!) The language is obviously translated to English which is jarring. The game play is extremely basic, nothing fancy, just matching gems to beat the level. I found it utterly boring and with no side quests or mini-games, you really don't feel inspired to bother!
