About Fruit Juice
Fruit Juice - a game close to the genre 3 in a row, made in 2D hand-drawn graphics.
In it you have to complete tasks, collecting the longest chains from various fruits or think over moves in advance to make the chain even longer. The game offers many levels, pleasant visual style, sticky and stress-free gameplay, as well as pleasant musical accompaniment.

This was one of the most (or the most) soul-crushing games I've ever played. The first 8-10 levels are fine enough. A match-3 style game where you can draw lines both within the box and around the box to connect the same fruit pieces. Once all 5 fruit are present, you've seen the entire game. Every level after that is just collect more, collect even more, and collect even more than before. Nothing new is added. Every level at this point is a tedious and boring 5-10 minute ordeal. I couldn't play more than a few at a time lest I go crazy. If I wasn't OCD about beating games, I would've stopped far, far sooner. There are 30 listed levels but the game went to at least level 31, at which point I instantly quit. Not worth it even for the price of $0.00, let alone $10.8 found this helpful
Lucky me! I get to write the first review for Fruit Juice, which is a basic Tetris/Match-3 ripoff where you Tetris blocks with fruit pictures on them. Put your finger on your phone screen and trace a path between 3 or more adjacent matching fruit tiles to eliminate them and cause a new set of tiles to fall into the gaps. That's all there is to it. Resolution is locked and set fairly low. As far as I can tell this isn't an asset flip, but it sure feels like one. It might as well be a mobile game. You can play better match-3 games than this for free on mobile, so I don't recommend anyone should pay for this on Steam, especially given the insulting $10 USD price. You clear a level by reaching the target amounts for different fruits. You start with two fruits, three more are added along the way quite soon, after that it's only the target amounts rising. There are 30 levels. The last one levels up until you fail but you can only start from level 30 as a maximum once played. There is only one board layout. No special difficulties are added other than the raising of the targets. The music is OK I guess as I never turned it off. While dragging, you can actually select other fruit types than the once you started with which can be annoying because you have to redo your selection and I think there was no out of moves message. It was too easy, not fun or challenging at all. It can maybe be just the thing to clear your mind after a hectic day but not at this price. I don't think I'll ever come back to this one. So It's a no for me.3 found this helpful
No in game options to change the size setting and when playing on a mega 55 inch TV to be the size of a game boy color screen is un accepable. plus repetivie music. You want pick 3 just get the pop cap stuff.1 found this helpful
