i wanted to like this game but didnt enjoy it, there are a couple of things made the game unpleasent. - the control is very clunky - there is no full support for controller - saving the game is very hard and rare - there is no checkpoints to save your progress, so if you die in the middle of the chapter you have te replay the whole chapter again from beginning

Fear the Timeloop: Prologue is a third person survival horror game built around a simple idea that I think works really well. I play as Sheriff James Cooper, who wakes up badly injured inside an unfamiliar hospital and has only fifteen minutes before he bleeds out. When I die, the whole situation starts again, giving me another chance to learn the building, find useful items and work out how to escape. The prologue is designed to give me roughly the first hour of the full game, so it feels more like a proper introduction than a tiny demo. The time loop is easily the best part for me. I like that dying is not simply a punishment because I keep what I have learned from the previous attempt. I can start understanding the layout, remember where things are and make better decisions during the next loop. The fifteen minute limit also gives me a reason to keep moving instead of slowly searching every room without any pressure. It creates a nice balance where I want to explore, but I also know that wasting too much time can leave me in a bad situation. The horror side is pretty effective too. hardpass. Uninstalled after 2 attempts. Can't get anywhere/ Doors are locked or combo codes which I can't find. Terrible demo. Needs improvement but hope its a dead game s it's not that great. Character walks backwards too.
