It's not free, it's a mobile app for all intents and purposes... it has all the bottom-of-the-barrel traits, from the amateur art to the shallow loops found in mobile money pits. We don't know why this didn't make it to the app stores, but it's probably because Apple and Google have actual quality control while Valve just opens the gates. This is a really lame mobile tier "action RPG" with a little anime girl plastic veneer stapled over the nasty cash shop you need to spend lots of yuan with so you can play the game.
